Refund policy
- Damage •
We try our best to pack our products to prevent damage, but who knows exactly what Australia Post does with parcels, so if something arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with photos of the product and packaging.
- Returns •
We do not accept returns for change of mind, but if something is broken, please let us know. Due to the nature of some of our items, we cannot accept any returns for body products for sanitary and hygiene reasons. If you feel strongly about discussing a store credit or exchange, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your parcel
All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Any packages sent back to Flicker Candle Co (without direct instructions specifically stating to return the item(s)) will not be accepted and the package will be returned to the sender.
We do not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are lost in transit or packaged poorly. We do not reimburse return shipping costs. We do not replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.
All our products are hand made, and may vary slightly from photos. They’re just as good though.
- Candles •
Changes in temperature can cause the top of your candle to melt slightly in the hot Aussie weather. It does not affect the burn or smell of your candle
- Room Sprays •
Our room spray recipe can sometimes separate depending on the conditions, give it a shake and it’ll be back to normal.
- Body •
Bath bombs in bright colours can sometimes stain the skin if touched while fizzing. This washes off very easily.
