Shipping policy
We ship using Australia Post. The buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs and fees. We do not ship with signature confirmation, but can if you let us know.
Please be sure to check your address, Flicker Candle Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Flicker Candle Co is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.
Flicker Candle Co is not responsible for delayed transit times once your parcel leaves our workspace.
Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.
